Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 1st2026
Welcome to Estuary to Sea. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We’ve written these terms in a straightforward way so they are easy to understand, while still protecting both you and our business.
If you have any questions, please contact us at estuarytosea@outlook.com
1. About Us
Estuary to Sea is a jewellery business based in the UK.

2. Our Jewellery
All of our pieces are handmade, meaning slight variations may occur in:
- colour,
- texture,
- finish,
- stone appearance,
- or size.
These small differences are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade jewellery and are not considered faults.
We do our best to photograph products accurately, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Due to the highly volatile nature of global gold and silver markets, the
prices of our precious metal jewellery are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment must be made in full before your order is sent.
We accept payment through:
- Shopify
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- PayPal
If there is a problem processing payment, we may cancel the order and contact you.
4. Placing an Order
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order — for example if:
- an item is out of stock,
- there is a pricing error,
- or we cannot process payment.
If this happens, we will refund any payment made.
5. Shipping and Delivery
For items that are ready to ship we will aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days. Items that are not in stock and those that are made to the customer’s specifications will be 2-3 weeks.
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be delayed due to postal services, customs, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your parcel has been delivered, responsibility for the item passes to you.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Please see our separate Returns Policy for full details.
For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returnable unless faulty.
Custom or personalised items are usually non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
7. Jewellery Care
To help your jewellery last as long as possible, we recommend:
- avoiding water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals,
- removing jewellery before swimming, sleeping, or exercising,
- and storing pieces in a dry place.
Natural tarnishing, general wear-and-tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care are not considered faults.
8. Allergies and Materials
We try to clearly describe all materials used in our jewellery.
However, some people may still experience skin sensitivities or allergic reactions to certain metals. Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions before purchasing.
[Insert Business Name] cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions unless required by law.
9. Photography, Designs & Copyright
All jewellery designs, photographs, branding, and website content belong to Estuary to Sea unless otherwise credited.
Please do not copy, reproduce, or use our images or designs without written permission.
